• A scientist
• A community leader
• A young voice with a bold perspective
• Yourself

If the idea matters, we want to hear it!

A great TEDx talk:

• Shares one clear, powerful idea
• Connects emotionally with the audience
• Is grounded in experience or insight
• Sparks conversation long after the event ends
   

We are especially interested in:

• Stories of collaboration and trust
• New solutions to local or global challenges
• Insights about community, culture, and connection
• Ideas rooted in Kalundborg but relevant to the world

Don't worry! If selected, you will receive:
 

• Speaker coaching
• Content feedback  
• Rehearsal sessions 
• Guidance on storytelling and structure 

Here's how we do it:

• Submit a nomination.
• Our curatorial team reviews all submissions.
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
• Selected speakers will receive coaching to develop their TEDx talk.

If selected, speakers are expected to:
 

• Have fun and share your story with the world!
• Attend scheduled coaching sessions
• Participate in at least one full rehearsal 
• Be open to feedback and editing
• Respect TEDx content guidelines
• Commit to the intellectual integrity of the event
   

  All talks follow standard TEDx format: 

• Length: Up to 18 minutes (most are shorter) 
• No notes on stage 
• Carefully structured narrative 
• Rehearsed with coaching support (our team will be there to help you!) 
• Delivered in English
