In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a non-profit program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.

Our event is called TEDxKalundborg, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxKalundborg event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group people.

The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

The official event date for TEDxKalundborg – Better Together will be announced soon. We are currently finalizing the details and will publish the confirmed date on our website and social media channels as soon as it is released.

Anyone with a unique, well-researched, or deeply personal "idea worth spreading" can be a TEDx speaker, regardless of professional background or fame. 

TEDxKalundborg seeks diverse voices (students, community leaders, artists, or researchers) who can share with the community fresh perspectives rather than polished, self-promotional pitches.

Yes, volunteer opportunities are available at TEDxKalundborg. We welcome motivated individuals who want to help create an inspiring TEDx event in Kalundborg. 

Volunteer roles may include event planning, guest support, logistics, marketing, and on-site coordination.
